Support our Campaign

Thank you for visiting our Support our Campaign page. 

Our main campaign has grown from a proposal for a 5 mile long service into a 24 mile loop. As a result the need for more feedback has also grown. We need a minimum of 3,690 feedback/responses from local residents to help provide the evidence needed to support our campaign. We need to achieve this target by the end of August 2024.

If you are prepared to volunteer and help our campaign move forward please explain how you can help with the following:

Supporting our campaign

Social Media: Creating, posting or sharing social media posts through our Facebook page. It would be a great help if our social media posts could be shared within different local groups every day.

Communities & Groups: Sharing news about our campaign within the local communities of Fleet, Church Crookham, Elvetham Heath, Ancells Farm, Hartland Village, Yateley, Darby Green, Blackwater and Farnborough.

Newsletters & Mailing lists: Featuring our campaign within local community newsletters and mailing lists

Websites: Do you know of any local community or group that would be prepared feature our campaign within their website?

Community Events: Do you know of any event organisers who would allow us to attend their local community events? We also need help with public liability insurance, event gazebo or stall, indoor display stand, the use of meeting rooms/community centre and projector.

Town & Parish Councils: We need to encourage the Town and Parish Councils and councillors of Fleet, Church Crookham, Elvetham Heath, Ancells Farm, Blackwater and Farnborough to get involved with our campaign.

Workplaces, Schools & Colleges: Do you know of any local employers, schools & colleges who are facing difficulties with staff or student travel and could benefit from connecting their travel plans with our campaign.

TV, Video Productions, Podcasts or Radio: Are you a content creator or know of anyone else who would be prepared to help us create social media, tv, podcast or radio features?

Influencing Decision Makers: Would you be prepared to write letters, lobby and influence decision makers at Hampshire County Council, local bus operators and the Department for Transport to seriously consider and include our campaign within their Transport and Improvement plans?

Any other ideas: Do you have any other ideas that could help us progress and move our campaign forward?
